[Discuss] Capitalization

It occurs to me that many of the objectionable names I've seen are  
simply a matter of capitalization (either no caps, all caps, or  
CamelCase).  Would it be a pain to add a button that a player can  
press to change their name to have proper capitalization, without  
manual approval?  Just change the first character to uppercase, and  
all the others to lowercase.   Many of the CamelCase names actually  
work reasonably well if the capitalization is correct.
