Yes, there is.  Please reread the post of Tom's that Tessa was replying 
to.  He said that he doesn't think Generals should be bothering with 
"that kind of low-level operational busywork", which I think misses the 
point entirely, but still means--at least, to me--that Tom will 
lightningbolt my General character if I point out to my realm, without 
trying to claim that my request or report is an order, that there is an 
enemy army incoming, and they should move.
