I agree 100% with this.

Tom, you've just gone too far with this latest proclamation.  *NO ONE* 
should *EVER* be forbidden from saying, "Look out! There's a huge enemy 
army coming your way!  You should probably move!"

Furthermore, the General is one of the people who is most likely to be 
looking at military reports, so he is therefore also very likely to be 
one of the first to *realize* that an enemy army is coming.

Please, Tom, don't make **all** Generals live in fear every time they 
speak just because of the actions of a few bad apples.
