Life sucks. Suppose I just want to fly a stealth fighter. I have no
interest in basic training, or health checks, or signing up with the
military for ten years.
And still, sometimes there are things you have to do in order to get to
your goal. Like it or not, it's the way it is.

Come on Tom. You can do better than that. For one thing, this is a game
not life. If a game sucks we can just stop playing it. Is that really what
you wanted to suggest?
For another, it makes sense that if you want to fly a stealth fighter you
need to learn the basics first. But there is nothing about the role of
region lord that prepares you for creating a guild.
