[Discuss] Military Councils

I strongly disagree.

All the realms I have been in a position of military power in have always had a Military Council of one form or another.  It generally had very little to do with giving orders (though some of them were, in fact, authorized by the General to do so in ages past), and a great deal to do with getting all the best heads in the realm together to discuss and collaborate on just what kind of strategy to use.  Once Marshals came into being, they were invariably made a part of the Military Council (if they weren't already on it).

If people have really been creating Military Councils like mad over the past few weeks, then maybe you're right, but what you describe is not even close to what I think of when I hear "Military Council."
