As for what I would of done, like mentioned pulled them out of that army 
and place them into the religions one. Or atleast those knights sworn to 
me that follow the religion as I wouldn't want unbelievers involved.
Also you'd want them in a new army because if one of them ain't the 
Marshall or 2IC then your going to be having alot of unorganized 
battles. And your likely to lose in the end because of that.
