[Discuss] Regions paid for troops recruited from their RCs?

The problem is that it means literally thousands of more gold staying 
within the realm and in the game. You could, in theory, recruit a unit 
right before the turn change and get that same gold right back into you 
hands through the taxes+regular tax income on top of that.

It simply vanishes from the game.
