definite and particular feel, and people are beginning to roleplay
nicely.

However, in terms of how it's rolling out, I think two of the four
realms have added a region each, and that's it so far.  It's slow
progress since turns have only just started and newcomer restriction
code has only just stopped.

I don't see that as a problem.  What's wrong with a slowly developing
island, rather than the usual mad dashabout to establish a bunch of
realms as quickly as possible?
