No other class has any real benefits or reasons why they would want to
remain rogue.  A lone wolf infiltrator is at least moderately enticing to
anyone who has ever played, or considered playing, an infiltrator
character.  Tom wants to eliminate reasons why people would become and/or
remain a rogue, not encourage it.
