[Discuss] Starting more wars

1: Leave this nation, because they are seemingly not what you seek, there are those that adore looting, and a lot more who allow it and often order it during war. 
2: If you like the nation, yet not that way, find more who agree with you and start a rebellion (if you can't find enough who support you, well then this is seemingly not such an issue for most people, but just for you)
 
Now something else, I was king in a nation were looting was illigal, there was quite some work done and since some time it's legal now. Many agreed, though the leader of the church didn't and it was a theocracy. 
 
But if you really want things like this you can acchieve it, as long as there are more who agree with you, just as in real world. 
 
Workers who want more money have to demonstrate together, if you do it alone you'll be laughed at.
