Perfect example of people not allowing for dynamic roleplaying.  It's one of
the two primary reasons why the FEI experiment failed so miserably.  Get a
general feel for your character, and then let your character take on a life
of its own.  If you have "planned their future", then that future is static
and unchanging.  Your roleplaying will be rigid and unyielding to what
others do in their interactions with you.  The whole point of a game like
this is to allow for cooperative and interactive roleplaying.  If you want
to write your own story about a character, that's what novels are for.
