No, I don't think so.  If you're not prepared to make a sacrifice,
then perhaps you're not committed enough.  But I don't make the rules.

Really?

I deleted two characters created in 2003 in order to create a new
character for Dwilight.  Those were not empty shells, but complete
personalities.  I *am* very much committed to Dwilight.
