Why no immigration? isnt that a bit unfair to those people that have the 
max amount of characters(or over it :))? I wont delete a char for a long 
time as I have planned their future. Ones future is combined with DWI. 
Ofcourse I can rethink the RP. But it would ruin my plans and nobody 
likes their plans ruined. (hints to Dominic)

its good to see that the first 2 people are ok with the name.. lets see 
what Tom thinks :-P
