[Discuss] Cato as a name on DWI?

Hey,

I am planning to emigrate one of my characters to DWI. His name is Cato. 
Is it ok to use this name? I dont want a character with 65% 
swordfighting skill to be deleted without a warning.
If you would ask me then this name is fine. It means nothing in English. 
It is not from some very famous historical person. (a rome statesman 
used this name but he was not that famous). I think those were the 
criterias? or there was something more?

So Tom will you allow him to be on DWI or not?
