[Discuss] Changing focus from Realm to Duchy

I don't think the decision is solely based on size and location. 
Sometimes it's just the feel of the realm that you get, or the neat 
sounding name. I think we should keep the current system of "choose 
continent- chose realm from this list", but add one more layer, "choose 
duchy from this list" and add a description link for the Duchy. It 
should be up to the Duke/Duchess with what they put there, the less 
automated the better.
