Yeah, like the Pirate Lords in Pirates of the Caribbean! They each had a
flag which was a derivative of the traditional "pirate" flag.
This could affect banners too, as in a banner sewed or whatever in a
specific duchy will bear the emblem of that duchy or region, and will
therefore affect more positively the troops fighting for that duchy. Like
in the American Civil War, if there was a Minnesota flag flying on the
Union's side of battle, Minnesota soldiers would take more heart from that
than, say, soldiers from New York.
