[Discuss] Problems with region maintenance?

I have a region that I've been lord of for 6 months and I think, after 
setting up estates and taxes, I've done maintenance there once (last 
month) and that was only because I was passing through it on the way 
somewhere else... So, have the regions set up properly and, barring 
hostile actions from anyone, the stats don't deteriorate...
