Definately. But then you need something we've been avoiding for a long
time now: a roleplay police.

The way I got it, FEI failed because there ended up to be no one
enforcing the rules. You definately can't do it alone, and you can't
just have 2-3 people doing it either. And there needs to be a good way
of reporting stuff that's bad roleplay.

Oh, and make it clear it's not a "roleplay island". That sounds a lot
like "write long RP messages", which isn't quite your goal from what I
get.
