[Discuss] Behead the Messengers

I noticed today that, when you turn down an improvement in relations,
it says they are turned away. I would love to see code added so that
if, when they sent messengers, you not only rejected the offer, but
lowered relations, it said that you killed the messengers. Or maybe
just make that an option.
Example 1:
Realm A is at war with Realm B
Realm A sends peace ambassadors to Realm B
Realm B refuses receives offer and drops to hatred
Would produce message of killing the messenger to the ruler of Realm A.
Example 2:
Realm A is at peace with Realm B
Realm A sends offer of alliance to Realm B
Realm B refuses alliance offer and drops to neutral
Would produce message of, probably, the messenger being detained, or
held captive, or some such thing.
I just think it would be fun to be able to kill the proverbial
messenger rather than turn them away.
