That's a good idea in theory, but I'm afraid it's quite impractical  
when a) you're a poor noble with no influence, b) there are 75+ of  
the people causing the problems, and c) some of them are rulers and  
other nobles of high position and influence.

No, the only way they will stop spamming tournaments with ridiculous  
and childish messages is if there are some consequences for not doing  
so that are imposed from outside.

It would be very nice if every single message of "badger" spam ended  
up marked vulgar...that would be quite an honour loss to deal with...
