[Discuss] Adventurer Equipment bugged?

WOW, who peed in your pants?  This /really/ isn't all that big of a deal, ok?

Here's a general guideline on figuring out whether or not a feature is
active for you...
Go to where the feature is supposed to be.  If its there, it is active
for you.  If it isn't, it's not.  That should eliminate all confusion.

Absolutely it is.  Usually I don't even notice the newsticker item,
see some OOC comment about it, then go back to see what it was that I
didn't see because I see the login screen so much I don't even notice
these things.  So whats the problem?  You're sore that you don't get
the feature and others do?  Hit a testing island then, but don't
complain about bugs.  Or are you angry at the wasted time reading the
several paragraphs on the newsticker?  If so, you haven't got enough
time for BM.  Aside from that, I really don't know why this is so hard
for you to cope with.
