[Discuss] Adventurers not knowing where nobles are

I am wondering why it is that adventurers are not permitted to know 
which region nobles are in.

My adventurer would like to talk to a specific noble in her realm.  Yet 
she can't, because she doesn't know which region he's in, and can't talk 
to him unless she's in the same region.

Surely a commoner ought to be able to make inquiries and find out this 
sort of information?  He's a well known, honourable, prestigious noble, 
after all.

The only way I have of finding out is to message the realm council and 
ask them, but I really can't see that an adventurer would send a letter 
to the King, just asking where to find a member of his realm.

Can't you just let my adventurer see where nobles are?
