Funny you say that, the issue came to the IRC channel a few days ago. Though
it obviously seemed wrong and an abuse to everyone, we came out thinking it
was acceptable, since we had reports about Arcane doing *precisely* that,
and, hey, if a GM does it, you'd expect it's acceptable, no?
