[Discuss] remove "Orders"

Well I ignore orders most of the time unless told by my liege. After all 
without him, I won't be getting any gold. Though if I was a lord and 
then asked my liege/duke, I'd think about it before agreeing.
But then there is also something in my oath to my liege. For 3 months he 
is allowed to order me around no matter what. And the rest of the year 
I'm allowed to do whatever I want with the character. Even sitting in 
the capitol doing nothing, because my oath allows it.

So I see it that if someone wants to play a character that doesn't have 
to always obey orders. Make some guidelines when getting your oath.
