Hmz, so does that mean it is not ok fine/ban people not to follow
"requests"?

Nobles have right to say no? for General or Marshall requesting them to move
to the region X?

I'm pretty sure that that even medieval times when battle occured there was
hierarchy and certain Knights and troops were ordered to act certain way by
officer at charge.

What i try to ask, is it inaligble right to ignore "requests"? Can i say to
general/marshall "I dont bother to move there, i have good looking lady
visiting me today" and General/Marshall/Judge cant punish me with fine/ban?
