[Discuss] remove stepping down penalties?

You bring up a good point that I forgot - chars with higher
 Honor have a harder time getting more. My chars have done
 those things and gained a lot in the last month.

The problem, as discussed in many other threads, is how 
difficult it is to go against an established king and his 
lords. This was just a different idea.

When I said "become inactive", I didn't mean "less active",
I meant inactive - or barely active, only logging in to 
preserve the account and occasionally shipping money home.
In other words, taking one of the coveted spots in the
 game and then not playing anymore. Not role playing,
not fighting, not doing anything.

I don't think Tom intended for lords to just sit in their
region and press the hold courts link every few days.

Anyway, it sounds like my idea wasn't the best, 
so that's fine. Was just a thought on how we might increase
 turnover and wars at the same time.
