[Discuss] Execution Option Request

I like these proposals. Last words option in particular is something I've
always wanted. When I played a judge character I would sometimes try to
simulate this by going into the dungeon and asking for any last words... but
that just isn't the same as being able to really wrap up the character with
some last RP.

Especially with public executions, it's perfectly reasonable that the
condemmed could shout out a few last words that would be heard.

However I don't agree with the ruler being able to directly allow a
reprieve. If the ruler wants to do that he can give an order to the judge to
let the prisoner go. A specific feature for that isn't needed.
