Well, of course he could, if he so chose. Wait until Tom gets a chance to see
these messages and respond. He's the only one who can change it, if he so

Personally, I disagree. I think it makes perfect IC sense for the colony to carry
the same government style as the parent realm. It doesn't make sense to me
for the parent realm to assist in setting up a new colony with a radically
different style of government. A theocracy ruled by the will of god should not
allow their daughter colony to be ruled by the secular whims of a democractic
government. Nor should a free-willed democracy allow their colony to be ruled
by an abosolute tyrant.
