[Discuss] A few Issues

Well let me first say that I know these belong on the bug tracker, but I
want to see how far the problem goes first, and if it is limited only to
Dwilight.

I first noticed something was wrong at the begining of this turn, when the
voting for the ruler and judge of Madina Colony should have ended.  I
recieved these messages;

*No Ruler   (3 hours, 48 minutes ago)
Your realm is without a Ruler. The people are wondering what is up with the
government and bad rumours start to spread.

No Judge   (3 hours, 48 minutes ago)
Your realm is without a Judge.


*I was a bit confused as I had expected the referandums to end and for my
character to be appointed ruler.  My next message was from a realm mate
congratulating me on my victory.  I had indeed been put into the ruler
position, but my character had not been informed.  I ask the player of the
judge and he said he had the same thing.  I had no more troubles as far as
that was concerned.

While I was working on setting up the various bulletins and such I noticed
that there was another new realm on the island.  I confirmed under the
realms tab in information that it had been seceded a day before that.  My
character had not received any message of this, my character had not been
informed of it, which I thought a bit weird.  I then realized that my second
character on the EC had not received a message when the SOA seceded from
Fontan, but that my Fontan character did.  I cam to the realization that it
must only inform those in the realm that was seceded from.  I don't know if
this was intentional or not, but I must say that I think everyone on the
continent should be informed of a new realm, its a heck of alot more
important than TOs and we hear about every single one of them.

That was not the only issue I saw with the new Dwilight realm.  I noticed
that the political map had not changed, and it still had the banners of the
old realm.  I had seen this happen before with TOs, but am kind of confused
as to why it does it immediately sometimes and takes a few days other times.
