IC the best you can do is state the truth (that the dagger has nothing
to do with the matter and the Emperor is insane and/or lying
blatantly, and lost his duel of honor yet still whines). Either
nobles will take your side or they won't.
If you aren't backed up, and you want to defend your honor, find a new
realm and explain how Valhus is a cesspool of ignoble lying
manipulative bastards and they deserve to be wiped out.
