For a while, advies were free, so they got their 3 + 1(donation) +
1(free advy).  They're grandfathered in.

Donations are measured on a weekly basis (one euro per week.)  For a
while, I believe there was a grace period after you ran out in order
to donate again.  My donation ran out, and I only had delete options.
I was going to donate again, but that pissed me off so I didn't and
just deleted a character.
