The 'idea' might not be to get you into prison more often, but it
will.  The idea of infiltrators was not to cause serious wounds, but i
think we can all agree that there are more serious wounds since
infiltrators.
Side note:
Speaking of serious wounds, what is the deal with them?  I remember
serious wounds taking days and days to heal.  Lately I do not think
I've seen one take longer than one turn to get to just "wounded"
status.  Has that been changed?

Right now, imprisonment benefits the jailer (judge) and occurs
sporadically.  If we turn it into something that can be engineered and
profited upon by just anyone, it is going to happen more often,
obviously.
