[Discuss] Lightning bolt raising confusion

At first I thought Tom was over-reacting here, but after re-reading  
Philippe's message, I now agree with the lightning bolt.

First of all, not only did he say he would post orders, he actually  
gave one without waiting to be made SiC: "please return back to  
regroup".

This is what clinches it for me: it wasn't a matter of waiting to be  
made SiC, because he made his own character SiC.  It would have been  
trivial to change the order of operations here, and be entirely on  
the safe side by making his character SiC or Marshall first (or even,  
if he absolutely had to, by giving orders from his Duke character  
instead of the General).

The guy was either careless or lazy, and he's STILL in a position to  
give orders with another character.  All this is to him is a  
nuisance, and it sends an important message.
