Yup, I think so.

Everytime I had Vanya or Ilya write a letter and describe her actions
as doing so, I tag it RP. A made up example:

Roleplay from Ilya Bluelake (xx minutes ago):

Ilya woke up in an obscure mood, seeing the sun rise over her Seat,
and decided it was time to send her knights a letter about the recent
events. After her usual morning rituals, she called her scribe and
dictated:

"My knights and dame,

It is a sunny day, today. I have gone through your estates and saw
that all of them were quite preserved. Dame Galatia, your vines are in
bloom."

The scribe would have liked to put her expression in the letter, a mix
of sadness, courage and obstination.

"I would have liked to come to you with happier news... (blablabla)
