Well over half of Darka's nobles are still *in* Darka.

While Darka has almost always had monsters cropping up generally every other 
turn, we've had a massive rash show up in the past two turns, so that now we 
have them in 11 of our 21 regions. Some of these groups are over 4K in size. 
This isn't just random grumbling or superstition. We're seeing a rather huge 
increase.
