[Discuss] Better Archives

One of the reasons people continue to request a forum even though I have 
outlined many times just how much crap that is, is that the mailman 
archives website sucks. There's no sorting, no threading beyond months, etc.

So what we _really_ need is a better web-frontend.

Does anyone know either:

* A better Mailman web-frontend?
* A good web-frontend for a news server?

Preferably in PHP. In fact, it should be in PHP unless it comes with a 
gorgeous female and a solution to world poverty. :-)
