When that happens, don't worry.  No one else will be able to log in to
follow the orders, anyway.  And most likely your realm's enemies are
also having the same trouble.

Well, the realm's enemies were sitting on the defensive of a take over
of a region.  So instead of a battle with even CS of 4000 vs. 4000. it
was 2800 vs. 4000.  In this case it made an enormous difference in a
very important battle.
