99.9% of the time, when you look at a scout report, you want to see  
the military information.  Making *EVERYONE* click an extra time  
*EVERY* time they want to look at a scout report is not helpful.

I *know* that most people are going to ignore the region description  
if it's not the default, but you know what? At least they're not  
going to consider it an annoyance that should be gotten rid of.  I  
would be willing to bet money that if you leave the region  
description as the default, within a few months, there will be people  
asking for it to be done away with entirely just so they can have  
their military tab back in the front.
