Uh, they are in the same region. That was one nice feature about the region
details of the region you are in. You could see troop movement. And it does
make sense since you are likely to be in the same campsite or close by (for
rural/enemy regions etc)

One feature change request:
Can the default tab be Military instead of the region description? Majority
of the players will want to regularly access the military information while
the region description (likely to be more static) will be referred to less
frequently. And the same for scout reports too?
