But they ain't exactly influencing who gets appointed to things. It's 
just people gossiping and lets face it people. Gossip can ruin a person 
and gossip will spread far and wide.
And if it was up to me, I'd have the Vulgarity Option random also. So 
even if someone doesn't actually use it, there is still a very small 
chance that it will still happen.
