randomly poll 4-5 people from a realm you will pull up more good players

You are insulting the entire realm here. So this falls under what I am
saying. If you go to Sirion and start insulting elves do you expect
anything different? I would expect my character to receive at least a
number of duel challenges depending on what was said. If you insult an
entire realm and keep your honour intact I find a huge problem with that.

Lightning bolts and account locks go a very long way to keeping that
behavior down. I could very easily on my ruler character OOC ban
everyone so fast that it could be done before the titans could do
anything about it. However, I know what the result of that will be, so
I don't do it. Even for the biggest battles I rarely see as much as
1/3rd to maybe a half which is generous in the same region. The only
time I've ever seen it is in Svunnetland where everyone is in the
capital because there is simply just nothing going on. If we didn't add
features simply because there could be abuses involved, we would never
add features.
