I doubt the people in the realm are going to continue to say that you 
were insulted when you're challenging the same person everyday.  In 
fact, I would say you are likely to be banned if you do it enough.  
Perhaps the reverse would be true if they don't think you were insulted, 
h/p lost for the challenger if the challenge didn't insult them, you 
would lose your prestige as people stop wanting to be associated with 
the crazy man who keeps challenging everyone to duels for no reason.
