It is, anything that looks anything so much as like that and is OOC, then
it's most definitely an issue for the Titans. The Vulgarity option is
strictly In Character.

If it looks like that, and is In Character. I think a little OOC Message
telling them that it's not very nice, have a point nor considerate, or have
any relevance within the context set within BattleMaster. And then if
nothing comes of that and is still like that, then an issue to bring up with
the Titans or in stricter cases request for an OOC ban.
