Example:
If someone doesn't like you OOC(and IC)and says

Message from XXXX (or personal message from XXXX)
F#$@ you F#$@$#$#g $#%@#$$#@#$# player YYYY $#$%H .

XXXX

in OOC(or IC) and to report that is the actually functionality of the
'Vulgarity Option'...I think.
