Agreed.

But I still don't think the vulgarity option is sufficient enough to police
such a role play, the Barony of Makar have some very good (and legitimate
RP) for being Vikings, as does Outer Tilrog for being... erm, what ever they
are.

But I simply do not feel the Vulgarity option can truly judge context and
diversity sufficiently at this time or at any time. I still believe it ought
to be removed until the new attributes come into play, at least then, when
it happens. The Vulgarity option can be amended so should it be reported, it
can change the individual aspects of that character on whether they are
being crude, evil, tainted, soft, weak or unnoble in any number of
non-fitting ways.

But as of right now, "Honor" and "Prestige" when coupled with the Vulgarity
option, are not sufficient, detailed or broad enough to truly enforce
context and diversity, they only seem to piss people off and cause distress.
I know the Discussion List (and the Internet in general) seems to be a
medium for complaining more than it does anything else (let's face it, we
all don't thank Tom and the developers enough for the mass amounts of
effort and work they put into the game). But in the past month, in most
realms I am part of I have seen the Vulgarity option used when it shouldn't
have been. And seen it not used, when it most certainly should have and it's
not doing it's self or the game any favors by continuing to exist in
BattleMaster.

It's far too easy for some one to click "Vulgar", than it is for them to
voice their opinion on the matter and ask the said person to stop acting
like a tramp and for that reason and that reason only (let alone the reasons
stated above), I just don't think I want to see the Vulgarity option in
BattleMaster right now.
