[Discuss] Vulgarity Option

I'm as guilty as any one for not enforcing context, Kylie says "crap" once
in a message. Yet, in the same realm another member is busy eating it's
enemies after he's killed them. And running around without wearing pants and
everything in between.

And then on top of that, another woman is, as said, asking some one to kiss
her ass (hole), yet, nothing was brought up from it.

Vulgarity isn't working and I'm as guilty as any for not helping it to work.
