Hopefully this argument will be moot when (hopefully...) the new attributes
that are coming into play are actually put into play. As at that time, a
realm can decide what it sees as honorably and prestigious instead of what
is honorable and prestigious by "vulgarity".

In the past, realms like Outer Tilrog whom tortured people at will etc, now,
have no reason to exist in this newly molded BattleMaster as a result of the
new systems that have gone into play simply because of context. Which IMO,
is not, and is never, going to be a good thing. It's all well and good being
able to play in context but without being able to not be honorable, or not
be prestigious properly, the vulgarity option simply isn't adequate enough
to enforce diversity in BattleMaster.

I propose the vulgarity option is removed all together and we accept that
there is no proper way to enforce context and diversity in BattleMaster
through role play until the new attributes system is in place.
