I guess I have.  I did think it was vulgarity based on language used. 
You are saying it can be used against anyone who is acting unlike a 
'noble'.

Perhaps it should be made more clear then, instead of being labeled 
vulgarity.  Because I'm pretty sure the players in Sandalak SWI are 
using it to split hairs over 'swear' words.  Like I said, a noble that 
eats his enemies is getting away from the zealous vulgar police in this 
realm.
