What, 800 bushels/30% production? My ex-infil wasn't the greatest (not 
that he thinks that ;P) but he can still manage that. From the 24th-27th 
of september the wiki page says he managed to get 27% production damage

had had an investment production boost), 2 light wound assassinations,

I don't think taking down a ruler (or any council position really) who 
*could* be re-elected is too much to ask, really. Especially for an 
infiltrator risking major diplomatic repercussions, not to mention their 
head.
