John, please remember to post below, not to top-post - ie select the bit 
of the thread you're replying to, chop out the rest, and then write your 
reply _below_ it.  It used to be the standard way of doing things years 
ago when the internet was new, and although it's generally fallen out of 
fashion these days in e-mails, it's still used here all the time as it's 
a lot easier to follow the discussion that way.
